CRASH CREW CONSTRUCTION, LLC

Unfortunately I cannot comment on the quality of work of Crash Crew Construction, but I can comment on their lack of communication. My husband and I were looking to do a pretty extensive renovation to our we recently purchased. We put together an outline and information about what we wanted quoted in the renovation which we emailed to Crash Crew. Paul scheduled an appointment to stop by. At the conclusion of the appointment he said he would have an estimate to us by the end of that weekend. It’s been nearly two weeks and we haven’t heard back. We have sent two emails to Paul and I also sent a message via their website. It seems Paul has “ghosted” us. I just don’t understand if they aren’t interested in or cannot perform the work, why not just say so?

A dreadful experience. Way over budget, Way over time, excuses constantly, contractors arrived for a day and left for 2 weeks. Filth everywhere. Not proper clearing up. Unfinished work constantly. Complaints left unfixed... Job was clearly beyond their management skills and a budget was clearly just an bait and switch for them to get a deal. Nightmare!. If you want to pay way more for much less and be told you're a liar use them. I will never again. Enough said.
