Craig demolished the old bathroom and closet. Considering what a dirty job it was, he and his crew were very clean and removed all the debris daily while placing plastic over doorways and other parts of the room to contain the mess. After the demo he had to move the sewer line for the toilet across the room and ran all new plumbing to accommodate the new shower and sinks. He did all the electrical, providing good suggestions on fixtures and locations. He also framed the area that became the walk in closet. He recycled two of my original doors to pocket doors, saving money and space and reused my original crown molding in the new room so it looked original and matched the rest of the bedroom. He brought in a tile expert to lay the marble for the floors and showers but other than that he did all the major work himself with a very small crew. The majority of work was done within 3-4 weeks. The final outcome was amazing and my friends (architects and creative types) were very impressed too
