Everything went great.  Chris did the installation as scheduled, in a very professional manner and at a very fair price.  He even picked the carpet up for us from the warehouse.  Would highly recommend CR Morris and would gladly use Chris again for future installations.

A call was placed to request a quote and schedule a service date.  They were able to work with my limited schedule and need for the service as quickly as possible, lining up the job to be done the very next day (Saturday).  The price fell in line with what others have reported paying here on Angie's list.As promised, they called upon completion of the job prior to mine, and provided a window of arrival.  They arrived when they said and quickly got to work after being shown the rooms and extent of the work required in each.  Once the work was started they called me to show me the process they were using and explain exactly what they were doing.  Some remaining folding was shown and instructions on how cleaning would smooth it out was provided.Within an hour of arrival, the job was complete, and the carpets were looking significantly better.  Their work was carried out professionally and with an eye towards insuring I was satisfied.

Very happy (again). Chris showed up the next day and stretched the carpet wrinkles at the top of the stairway, in a bedroom (lots of wrinkles there in several places) and in a walk-in closet. Great job. EXTREMELY happy with result. Very fair pricing and I will certainly give them the best recommendation. (We used him a year ago for another job downstairs).

This fine man responded quickly to my email and showed up on time. He did a fabulous job where my little dog had dug up the carpet in the doorway all the way to the cement floor. You can't even see it as he really knows what he's doing. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and even left me a sample bottle of a carpet cleaner he highly recommends (but doesn't sell; he says it is at both Lowe's and Home Depot). I can't recommend him enough and will definitely be calling on him with future needs.

Chris and Anita were great to work with, I give them an A++ for customer service AND project results!  They promptly set a date/time to provide an estimate.  They not only arrived as promised but they called to let me know they were leaving the current job and on their way to my house.  This was on a Saturday afternoon. Once we agreed on the job and price we set a date/time for the repair.  Again, they arrived as scheduled and called me as they were on their way.  They were effective and efficient.  In fact, they did a better job then the original installers.  The carpet looks and feels awesome.  They were sensational.  Great experience.

Had a section of carpet which was severely stained. Chris patched the carpet so that you can barely see the repair. Plus - he came and did the work on the same day that I called (within about two hours).

I can't say enough good things about Chris and Anita and the job they performed.  They are efficient, personable, and timely.  They arriving right on time after calling to let us know they were on their way.  Their work was impeccable and priced fairly.  They even reinstalled some closet doors at no charge.  They will be our "carpet people" from now on.  You will not be disappointed!
