I purchased my hearing aids from Costco and found the service excellent. I have severe hearing lost in both my ears. Costco allowed me to demo the hearing aids right in the store. The tech understood my hearing results from my doctor and customize my settings on the Demos so I would get a good trial. I ordered the aids costing $1300 each. They come with a 3 year warranty for any reason. If your dog eats your hearing aid they replace it one time for free. You get 90 days to try out your hearing aids and return them as opposed to the 30 days my ENT offered. And you can buy 30 batteries at Costco for $9.99. I replace my battery every 7 days. It's now June and I have had no problems what so ever. I can't believe how the hearing aids improved my hearing and my quality of life. Just an awesome experience and a great value. And they'll even give you a free hearing test .

They are very punctual and do a good job. The doctors seem to be very busy and you have to wait for the glass wear and other stuff. Their prices are much better than anywhere else.

WE HAD A PROBLEM, BUT IT WAS RESOLVED. THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. WE DIDN'T HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THE WORK. IT WAS POOR WORKMANSHIP, BUT THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE IN FIXING THE PROBLEM.
