Cool Zone offered a good price for an HVAC system replacement. The workers started and completed on time; and were courteous, and answered all my questions. Additionally, they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Mark Adams was the nicest contractor I've ever dealt with (and there have been many)! They did every thing they said they would do.

These guys did an excellent job. Not fast, but excellent. The price was very good for a name brand HVAC and the install was superior. Nice to see contractors who take pride in their work. And they did everything I asked for/ contracted for. A good experience. MB

Great contractor

I've used him for about 30 jobs and he always does a great job. Mark's crew is very professional, anyone would feel comfortable working with them. I would recommend them to everyone.

Reasonable price but they never finished the job! We called for 6 months afterward trying to get them to finish. Installed the AC unit then said they had to measure and cut the aluminum covering to fit and that they would bring it back within two weeks.(Never heard from them) AC only blows into 2 rooms and we asked them to come fix it because it worked in all rooms before they started. Never heard from them again on this either.
