It was a great experience. I called them because I needed a document right away when my computer crashed. They quoted me the price of $70 for up to a certain amount of data, so I had most of the data backed up on a DVD. The extra data I wanted copied was $10 more. The employees are very knowledgeable and patient. They called me when they had questions and worked with me extensively through the process. They provided excellent customer service.
