TV Repair
I called and was given estimate over the phone after receptionist checked with tech. It was my understanding that tech would come & repair TV in our home. Came out approximately 4-5 days later (due to weekend) and could not repair at home; took circuit board with him. Repair was to be completed by end of week and they would call me & schedule time to reinstall board. I called Friday to get update; said it would be following week before completed as had to get another part from factory. CPR called to schedule appointment to complete repairs and return later in week and did bring out and reinstall board. TV works as promised & was same price as quoted.

TV Repair
The owner of the company was also the technician that fixed the TV. He came as promised and fixed the set with the new parts which he had ordered from Sony. He did very good quality work and was neat!! I would recommend them! Their phone number is: 407-382-1055.
