their emails do not work from site (ironic), manager was unprofessional, confrontational and rude.

"(member name removed), It is our policy to replace any phone that was damaged during any repairs performed by our Technicians, so if this were the case we would gladly replace the phone within a respectable time, and even provide a loaner phone during the process. Please contact us to have this resolved."
