The service was very good and even though they had to come back to my house 3 times, they did, and the work was performed under the 30 day warranty at no additional charge. They were very responsive and on time. I would recommend them any time PC service is needed.

MY HUSBAND TOOK THE COMPUTER IN. EVERYTHING DID SEEM TO BE OKAY WHEN THE COMPUTER WAS BROUGHT BACK. THERE WAS NO CHARGE BECAUSE IT WAS STILL UNDER THE WARRANTY.

IT WAS A FINE EXPERIENCE. THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS. EVERYTHING WORKS. WHEN YOU RUN A BUSINESS OUT OF THE HOME IT HAS TO WORK, AND IT WAS A SITUATION WHERE WE WERE DOWN AND THEY PUT OUR COMPUTER TOGETHER AND SO FORTH.

THE ONLY THING WAS THAT I HAD TO WAIT IN LINE FOR A WHILE, BUT ONCE I GOT THERE THE SERVICE WAS GOOD. THEY WERE ATTENTIVE. THEY ASKED QUESTIONS PLUS THEY ANSWERED MY QUESTION. THEY TOOK ME RIGHT OVER TO CASH OUT, AND I DIDN'T HAVE TO STAND IN ANOTHER LINE.

I DECIDED TO HAVE THE WORK PERFORMED, AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 24 HOURS TO COMPLETE. I LEFT MY COMPUTER WITH THEM, AND WAS CALLED 2 HOURS LATER WHEN THE COMPUTER WAS FINISH. I WAS HAPPY, BECAUSE THIS COMPUTER WAS FOR MY BUSINESS.
