Description of Work: Analyzed our computer and identified problem. Made suggestions for repair. Went to the computer store and purchased the items necessary for repair. He called from the computer store to see which product we wanted to purchase if he found various alternatives that would work for the repair. Returned the same night, fixed the video problem and added extra memory.
