COMPLETE ELECTRICAL SOLUTIONS

I phoned them after finding the name on Angie's List. Steve, who answered the phone impressed me by asking many questions. I felt that he wanted to assure he knew the job he was going to do before taking the job or quoting me a rate. He clearly explained what was to be involved and what I needed to purchase and have available for him. He told me a time, and asked if he was early if that would be 'OK', he told me 2:30 PM, he arrived at 1:30 PM. They showed up, clean and presentable and went right to work. They worked steadily and completed the job in a little over an hour. I even asked him if he would look at an outlet I had hanging out the wall, and he repaired that for me also. He filled out the bill, charging me what he quoted me, $30 to change each light and $100 to install the fan, totaling $190.00. We enjoyed a bit of chatting, and they left. Only negative is they did not clean up after themselves, they did not offer and I failed to ask them. I would recommend them.

HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE IS VERY REASONABLY PRICED. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL. HE GOT HERE WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD GET HERE. HE BROUGHT ALL THE PARTS WITH HIM SO HE DIDN'T HAVE TO RUN BACK AND FORTH, SO HE WAS VERY PREPARED.
