I have a home in Florida and I used Comcast down there for years but they kept raising their prices. I decided to switch to Century Length with a bundled package. I disconnected with Comcast, took the equipment back to them. They told me that I had a remaining bill, I paid that. Over a year and a half later I received a demand for payment from a credit company, it says $11 is due. I paid that bill. The amount is minor but it's just the hassle. I had to take the equipment back, I was clear with them about settling up my bills and now I can't get ahold of them. I tried to call the number given. I got bounced around, they asked me for the service address, where the service was provided, I gave them the old one, I still got bounced around. The recording told me I would be transferred to an account executive but that I would be charged. Don't deal with Comcast, they're a bunch of robbers. My strong recommendation is to find another cable and internet source.
