While the office staff was friendly the telephone support staff was horrible. When we moved in nothing worked for 4 days then comcast was able to get just Internet working(sort of) when all was said and done it took 2weeks, 18 phone calls and 4 trips to the store to get it working. As I live in a complex that has a contract with comcast, I can not use anyone else.
