 + -1 moreWhile the office staff was friendly the telephone support staff was horrible. When we moved in nothing worked for 4 days then comcast was able to get just Internet working(sort of) when all was said and done it took 2weeks, 18 phone calls and 4 trips to the store to get it working. As I live in a complex that has a contract with comcast, I can not use anyone else.

Description of Work: Bill was never correct. Had to call them at least twice a month for service and/or billing issues. The last person I spoke with actually said "I don't really know where these numbers are coming from. I am at a loss" in relation to billing. I spoke with managers and up. I ended up canceling service due to billing, no show service calls, and unreliable service. I am actually paying $25 dollars more a month to another company, receiving less channels than comcast, just to avoid the hassle and waste of my valuable time.
