He's easy to get to when I need him, and he does the job properly. I've read through his work. People say that he does the job properly the first time, and I agree.

An tenant decided to do some "plumbing work" before being evicted and I needed a plumber to quickly take care of the problem. Zack was very prompt in coming to the house and fixing the problem for me. He stuck to his original estimate and completed the job before the house cleaning crew showed up as he promised. He was very professional through the whole process and I was glad to pay him when the work was done.
