THE COMPANY CAME AND PICKED UP THE CLOCK. WRAPPED IT VERY CAREFULLY AND TOOK IT BACK TO THEIR STORE. THE REPLACED THE WHOLE INNER WORKINGS OF THE CLOCK AND THEN CAREFULLY RETURNED IT TO MY HOME AND SET IT BACK UP AND SHOWED ME HOW TO CARE FOR IT.
