Set up the appointment with a receptionist that was apparently new. On the day of the service, they did not arrive. Called in and they did not have me set up for an appointment. The receptionist explained that she was new and apologized for the issue. She was able to set me up for later the same day. They came out and performed the service. All went well otherwise. I would use them again.
