When I decided to move to Florida, I was fortunate enough to have a very good realtor friend, and asked him to recommend a real-estate agent in Florida. He did some research and recommended Carrie & Dave. I feel very fortunate to have found such a wonderful team - they helped my wife and I find an amazing house that was in our price range, met all our requirements, and truly wowed us. Dave and Carrie helped us through every step of the process, were always quick to answer questions or concerns, and were (and are) such pleasant and wonderful people! I really could not recommend anyone more highly, and ANY chance I get, I recommend them to friends. I think it's very important to meet with a realtor and make sure you have a good match, and anyone looking to buy or sell a house in Central Florida should give them a try.
