They clearly did not care about my needs. They committed, but did not live up to their commitment. I do not want them to come back and correct there problem.

I purchased granite countertops from this company for my kitchen. They were fast to come out and measure the house. They were quick when it came to collecting payment. However, I had to chase them to have them do the template and install the countertops. They never returned calls. In addition, it took 6 weeks to have the counters done, when they said it would take 3-4. They installed the wrong color countertops. In addition, they gave us the wrong edge. They refused to refund our money. They said they would either replace it with no discount or give us $400 back. I took the $400, because I did not want to wait another 6 weeks for counters. I needed to have a kitchen. They were really rude.
