Certified Leak Detection

I had been fighting with the water level in my pool for months, constantly adding water nearly every day. Since I'm new to pool ownership, I wasn't sure if this was normal during cooler temperatures or not. Eventually, I purchased a pool blanket, but when I continued to lose an inch of water per night, I knew something wasn't right. After a bit of searching, I eventually stumbled upon Certified Leak Detection's website, which proved helpful.

I contacted Rob, who immediately returned my call. He was able to give me an idea of the work and costs involved over the phone. When he showed up the next day, he was right on time and got to work immediately. He very methodically went through the pool and all equipment. Then he went underwater to inspect the drain, pool light and finish. Once he'd finished with the inspection, he let me know that all needed repairs were covered in the overall fee, except for one (he had noted some separation between the main drain and the finish). All told, I found Rob to be very professional and thorough. His price was reasonable and for the first time in quite awhile, I haven't had to add any water to the pool. I'm quite pleased and would recommend his services.

Rob was great, he came out on the 17th, but then the irrigation meter stopped after he spent 1.5 hours trying to find the leak.  He said if my irrigation meter came back on he would come back. So he did the very next day!  After much effort on his part and putting pressure in the line to find my mystery leak he was able to uncover it!  Wow, unbelievable as I was about to give up. Rob went above and beyond and I highly recommend his company to find a water leak!
