"Dear Member, would you like to provide more information like a reference number or the name you relocated under? We have researched back 7 years with Central Moving & Storage along with Wheaton World Wide Moving and cannot locate any of your information."

"Member contacted me several times and I spoke to them each time and listened to there concerns about the missing items. I explained to them I would contact the agent in NY where there household goods where stored. I spoke to the agency twice and they stated they would pull the file and look into the situation. The agent responded two days later and stated that member check off the items on the inventories at the time of delivery stating that she received the items. They also stated their warehouseman also did a thorough check to make sure the items were not left behind and did not locate them either. I contacted member to report my findings, and asked them to file a claim. I sent them the claim form immediately and when they received it they contacted me and stated since they chose the higher deductible and they were not going to file a claim. I explained to member how important it was to file the claim so Wheaton World Wide was aware of the situation and it would go through two departments, the claims and lost/found departments. I proceeded to explain to them by filing this claim, Wheaton would conduct a thorough searching with every shipper that was on there truck at the time of there relocation and also contact the agent where the household goods were stored. Member informed me they made the decision not to file the claim."
