This company waited 6 weeks to tell us that they wouldn't honor an appt. on Christmas Eve. Lack of professionalism and clearly no regard for customer service or reliability.

The old unit was removed quickly but the new unit did not fit. Had to order the correct size which was done very quickly and David was ontop of this and had the new fireplace on order and installed with in a few days. The old fireplace was covered so this was understandable. After the new fireplace was installed, we noticed multiple gouges in the front of the fireplace ( after the installers left). Called David and was told they would send someone out to repaint the front. Amor a week later the installers came back out and spray painted the front of the fireplace. Unfortunately the new color is not black it's a dark brown and looks a bit off. They promptly took care of everything but I was disappointed that the scratches ( down to bare metal) were missed in the first place, and their fix didn't match the original paint. I would hire again but be more vigilant before accepting the final product.

Excellent service. Prompt and professional. Also alerted me to another issue with the roof leaking into the chimney and took photos for me. I am very grateful they found this problem and told me about it so I can get that repaired. Great service!
