I called Ismail from Celebration Tree Service, and from talking to him he sounded very outgoing and straightforward, I was very comfortable explaining to him the work that needed to be done and he accepted to schedule an estimate free of charge. I was only available on the weekends, and he was very open to my schedule to come by so I could show him the work. I was referred to Ismail through my neighbors who have been using his service for almost 8 years now, and when he came I was impressed by his level of compassion. Another thing that stood out about him was the level of knowledge he has for all the plants, I like to plant and spend a lot of time every week tending to my garden, and he spent extra time giving me advice for my plants and knew all the names and specifics about him. There was no doubt in my mind that he loves what he does. At the end of the estimate he gave me an estimate for the 4 trees I have in the front, and the two large ones in the back. Ismail explained to me all the possible hazards. His price was about 30 percent less than the previous company I had gotten an estimate from, and he even explained to me that the price he is giving is more than fair considering certain hazards. Ismail scheduled the work for the following week, and when I came home after work all the work was done, and none of my plants were ruined. One thing I have with lawn mowing and tree service professionals is the damage they cause to my gardens, but with Ismail and his workers, there were no damage taken place. I didn't see him perform the work, but when I came home all the work was done and the way he lifted the trees really placed an emphasis on the home. One thing he also explained to me is the work he does also revolves around the tree's health, and he takes what needs to be taken such as diseased limbs, so the disease does not spread to the tree. Another thing that stood out was the level of cleanliness to my yard, it didn't even look like someone had been working earlier. Overall the price was very fair and the work was more than extraordinary. One of the trees he worked on is very close to the house, and if I decide to remove it, He will be definitely first on mind to call. One thing negative I can say about the company is the lack of computerized systems for payment. He required me to send the check in the mail, which I wasn't very comfortable with, but had I been there when the work was completed I could have just given him the check in hand. One thing I believe Ismail could do to make his business easier to make the option for payments online, which would close the gap for the waiting time for a check to arrive and confusions to arise, which is a problem I had with other companies. I still don't know Ismail and his company well, but my neighbors do and have said tremendous things about his business ethics. I will definitely be calling him in the future.
