Carlson Enterprises LLC - Orlando

Hasn’t. They have had insurance money for 4 months. I can’t even get them to return my call or to give me a status report. Nothing but false promises, now just nothing.

They called us repeatedly until we signed the contract and paid for half of the roof. Then nothing. After 6 weeks my husband began calling them. They did not return calls and when he would finally get someone they lied repeatedly to him. I was told 3 different dates to get my roof done. I took my dog to a sitter the first day. Came home to no new roof. Took the day off the second date. Nothing. The third day they brought the dumpster but did no work and I had taken off half of that day. They finally came and replaced the roof in May but as of today the final inspection has not been completed. There have been several more unreturned calls and lies. The work was decent but they do not do what they say

Carlson Enterprises was friendly and professional at all times. The initial consultation was made very quickly after my call. I had a lot of questions and the representative was patient in getting all the details and giving the answers. Knowing they were taking care of all of the paperwork and working closely with my insurance company took the weight off my shoulders. They were quick to return every call to respond to any and every question or concern. The work was scheduled and completed in the time frame originally quoted. The individuals that did the work were professional and thorough. The work took a few days and they never left the area a mess and were always considerate of me and my neighbors. My roof looks amazing and I know the materials are only the highest quality. I wrote down the total cost which was $7500 but I was fortunate that mine was covered under my insurance because of storm damage so out of pocket costs to me were only $500. The only thing I'm still waiting for is the warranty information but hopefully its just a matter of time.

Alejandro from Carlson Enterprises was always quick to respond. He was very punctual and made sure that everything was done in a timely order. He took as much time as needed to explain everything to us and walked us through the process step by step. Not only did he make sure that we got our roof done but he took the time to make sure that it would all be done the right way and gave us a lot of professional opinions on what we should do.
