They are very responsive when I am in there. I am very pleased with them. The service adviser, maintenance staff and management. The service is excellent. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

I had leased a 2013 previous to this so I turned that in and leased a new vehicle. It's worse than buying a house, it was a difficult process. It takes forever time wise. They didn't have a lot of vehicles available at the time I came in. They were responsive. They were willing to help.

Very expensive for services. Never really know if the repair is really needed. They tell you you need to buy a new car and then hit you with a big repair bill

we purchased our vehicle there in 2007. we continue to get it serviced there - their prices are probably a little high but they are a dealership so I think that's expected. I've never had an issue with their service or quality of repairs. they also always honored everything in our warranty with no grief. I have more issues with the overall quality of the vehicle but that is for a different review. Carl Black service is reliable and professional.

They are close to me! I called and they didn't have the tire I needed, they got the tires in an hour for a good price and took care of installing them. I would recommend them to others because they do good work.
