Mr. Morales is not an honest nor trustworthy person and can not be defined as a professional. We asked questions and at every step of the way and were met with fast answers but not truthful ones. All the while he assured us that at a certain point "X" would be rectified after this happened or that a certain issue would be corrected at another point. Never happened. He is not proficient at pressure washing as noted by the very high PSI he used which caused discoloration all over our drive way pavers. Then he is also not proficient at sealing, leaving sand to wash away in the weeks that have followed causing a sandy grit and grey film to remain streaked down all of our pavers. If I could post pictures of the work just three short months after completion, I would. We contacted our local Sherman Williams rep as that is the product he supposedly used and they can not find his name nor his business' name in the system. We're not even sure if the material written on the contract as being used was actually even used. He is not well versed at sealing nor paver washing. I'm not sure how anyone has rated him higher and I question Angie's Lists' rating system. His contract says his work is guaranteed for a year, but two months after he completed the work, he won't return a call or a text (of which we've tried several times). If you have time and money to lose, then have at it. But this guy is not a truthful nor trustworthy person.
