Marble and Granite Service
I would never, ever have them again. They said it would be sealed, but it clearly wasn't. They put it in on Monday, and it was Friday before they came out to seal it. They were never on time. It was really horrible. It looks good now that it's all in, but it's not what I wanted. At least, the installers who came to seal it were very very nice, and they gave me some sealant and seemed apologetic.

IT'S ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. IT'S ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, BUT THEY WERE SO NOT GOOD. I THINK THEY HAD THE ABILITY TO BE GOOD, BUT THEY JUST DIDN'T HAVE THE DESIRE. THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY NOT RESPONSIVE. THE PERSON WHO WAS IN CHARGE OF INSTALLATION WOULD JUST NOT HEAR. IF THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG HE WASN'T GOING TO HEAR IT. THEY PUT ON THE WRONG SEALANT AND MADE IT STICKY. IT JUST WAS AWFUL. I SORT OF FEEL LIKE THEY SHOULD KNOW WHAT PRODUCT TO USE.
