We just had a repipe completed with Bryan’s Plumbing and it was the best experience ever! Everyone on their team is so professional and really cares about you and their job! They made sure everything was working perfect and our walls and job was not an easy one. They never complained and made it all look perfect! I could not recommend this company more!! Great people and service!! I would give 100 stars if we could!! Thank you so much! They will forever be our go to plumbing company in Orlando. I referred them to my mom bc she got a crazy quote to fix a leak and they were so great with her job as well, and great priced! So happy we found them.

Poorly- paid another plumber to discover and fix leak Bryan's Plumbing leak. Found out Bryan's Plumbing employee did not seal the drain correctly which had been causing a slow leak below tub onto the 1st floor condo ceiling below. Owners pay monthly fees to fix these problems but Bryan Plumbing did not find the leak- and said my tub was leaking - they were not honest

Two guys here for one hour. I supplied all the parts and they charged $460, which I thought was high. I paid it , no problem. This was Feb. 12th. I called on April 13th and told them one of the faucets is leaking. They said they would charge me again since I am past 30 day warranty, but my invoice clearly states 90 day warranty. They hung up in the middle of our phone conversation and would not pick up when I returned call. Low class outfit. My next stop is BBB and possibly my attorney.

John (I believe it was John, forgive me if it wasn't!) called me well before my appointment time to give me an approximate time of arrival, which was within the appointment range. He arrived early, and quickly assessed the problem and fixed it just as fast. The entire appointment took less than 30 minutes. He mopped up all of the water that leaked from the sink, and disposed of the part that needed replacing. He also gave me an approximate price after he'd discovered what was wrong. Will definitely hire again!

They were excellent, very responsive and did fabulous work. Price was extremely reasonable.

Bryan Plumbing was extremely responsive and came to my house within an hour of my contacting them. I was not a previous customer.  I had received word from the utility company (Town of Winter Park) that there was a leak somewhere on my property as the meter was spinning.  Bryan came out and determined within an hour that the leak was in the irrigation system and not in the house.  I was then able to contact a company named The Leak Doctor, and the next morning they came out and found the leak. That took about 2 hours after which I called Bryan back to perform the repairs.  They were here within an half an hour.
I was very pleased with the technician, Jon, who not only fixed the leak promptly and professionally, but also repaired a faucet that had been leaking badly enough for me to turn off the water to that sink for a number of weeks.
I am relatively new to Winter Park, and did not know of a good plumber.  Bryan was recommended to me by a new friend.  I'm so glad as I will continue to use them for all of the plumbing needs in this 1950's house.  That should keep them busy!

They created a major mess and damaged the countertop in Kitchen and broke a clock they knoecked off the wall and denied they were ever responsible when they were the only ones causing the ruckus and movement. I have many pics of the bad quality of work they did. I also filed a complaint with the BBB. They are ruthless and unprofessional. I should've used same company my neighbor did for they had not one problem and their job was finished with no grief.

Called to asked for an estimate to do the work along with two other companies. Their quote was the lowest and they were the only ones who knew they wouldn't be able to run the pipes through the attic (flat roof no attic). They scheduled for the next Monday, the best day for me, to re-pipe. Ben, Joey and Mark arrived around 9 am and asked me to walk them through the house. It was a rainy day and they made sure to wipe their feet before coming into the house. They soon started their work. I was surprised by how quiet they were. Other than the occasional drilling and hammering you wouldn't even know they were there. They finished around three and before they left they showed me all the work they did that day. I felt they did a great job and were very professional. We will use them again.
