They are acceptable and they do everything. There are power outages and things that cause problems but it's not their fault. It's just the equipment we have it reset all the time. They do what they can do and I guess everybody complains about the cable people and we don't complain as much though. They come when they say they are going to.

Most of the time they are good but their prices are skyrocketing. I don't have a choice out here. The speeds are even less with another company. When I do call about an outage, they tell me our area has an outage and they don't know when it's going to come back up and they don't provide any compensation unless I actually go in there and complain about it. It should be done automatically. Prices are outrageously high. We do have buffering time and it goes down at high traffic areas at high traffic time. It doesn't go down all the way but it goes down about 2 or 3 megs. Their responsiveness is slow because the line is busy. They said they came but they never came. They marked it down as they came here and no one was here. I told them we were here all day and they apologized and said they can take me up for next week.

The install was free and their service is $78 per month. They got here on time. They cared about their work, polite, efficient, quick, and came during their 2 hour window of showing up. They came 2 days after I signed up.

I have the premium package. They are not that bad, it just seems expensive. You can get in contact with them fairly easily and they will help out and fix the stuff.

We use Bright House for our home internet service. We have been with them for years and endured a number of what seem like arbitrary price increases for the same service. Unfortunately we have no alternative at our address. On the bright side, they are extremely easy to work with for replacing broken equipment. Our cable modem has gone bad twice over the years and both times they have replaced it quickly and at no charge.
