It was a seemless process from beginning to end.The owner texted me the price of the screens so there were no surprises-very fair and reasonable. This was done a couple years ago and last year we have tried to reach them by text and phone multiple time but got no response. I wonder if they are still active. The work they did was excellent.

They were awesome. Responded same day I sent the message. Schedule was easy The day it was going to happen it was horrible weather. He called and apologized and rescheduled for the next day. Was not his fault the weather was unsafe. But the fact he actually called to apologize and reschedule was great. He was super pleasant and professional. Worked quickly and quietly. looms great. So so happy. no one else would contact me back.

It always goes flawlessly with Boskom. Several years ago we had used another screen repair company when someone cut a hole in our screen, in a burglary attempt. However, when we got our dog and she started damaging screens, we were told that company no longer serviced our area (Osceola county), but were willing to come in a month, because they had done work for us before. The problem was, our dog was getting out through damaged screens and we needed it fixed ASAP. I searched for a reputable company that could do the work quickly. I found "Boskom, Inc., dba Pool & Patio Screen Repair". They not only came quickly, but they also told me about Super Screen, a product that keeps large dogs, like mine, from being able to break through screens. I have had them replace all the screens our dog damages with Super Screen, and they seem to withstand whatever abuse my dog can provide, including taking a running start from one end of the patio to another, throwing her entire weight into a screen panel, multiple times, in an attempt to get to a squirrel who taunts her from a nearby tree. We call Boskom every few months to replace damaged panels, but we have never had to replace any of the Super Screen panels. The only reason I don't replace all of my lower and middle level panels with Super Screen is budgetary, but at this point, there are only a few dog reachable screens left that are not Super Screen. These guys have performed excellently, on multiple calls. I have never had a problem with their work, and they usually arrange to come the day I call or the next day. On their very first call, Boskom also replaced the lock on my screen pool door, with one that unlocked with a key, allowing me to give a key to my pool service. They didn't charge me for the lock, due to amount I was spending on screen replacement that day.

I have used Boskom twice for screen repair to some of my panels on my pool enclosure. They were very reasonably priced, where quick to come out to give estimates and then were punctual when it came time to replace the panels. They inspected all the panels and recommended where we needed the heavy duty screens instead of the standard screens. This is the only company I will use for my screen repair.

I called, told them which panels I needed replaced and they gave me a very fair price (including senior discount!) right over the phone.The installers just left- they came right on time as scheduled, were very nice and did a great job. I won't hesitate for a minute to call them next time I need repairs.

Called and came out promptly based on MY schedule. Gave a reasonable price for the type of work. Was very friendly and personable. They came back the next day within the time frame they gave me. Did the work to my satisfaction, no hassles and no troubles. They even did a couple extra small things to help secure the enclosure.
Overall the job was done above and beyond expectations

I was initially met by Sam & Ned to assess my needs and provide me with a free estimate.  You'll never find two professionals as Sam & Ned.  They were very knowledgeable about screening and courteous when asked questions.  The rescreening was performed by Ned who did a remarkable job.  Not only was he prompt, but he arrived a little bit earlier than promised.  I would recommend this company to anyone searching for exceptional screening at a fair price.
