They came on time, installed the unit and it has been operating properly ever since. They now do the annual check and maintenance. They are reliable and good company to deal with.

David was an excellent serviceman. He walked me through step by step, explained what he was doing and gave tips on how to maintain my unit. At no point did he attempt to up-sell his services. I appreciate Blair’s honesty and quick service during the hot summer months. Will refer them to friends.

I called four companies to come out and give bids for a replacement central air conditioning system. Jay Blair come out and inspected the current system, discussed any needs such as humidity problems and sound issues of the equipment, and he was very nice and business like. The Blair bid was in the middle of the several bids, but Jay gave us confidence in his sincere desire to do a good job. Also, I checked out his reputation both on line and others that have used this company. His employs came on schedule and did a very good job of installing the equipment and keeping the place very clean. The City of Orlando did their inspection and everything passed. This was such a good experience that we intend to use him for all annual inspections and service.

Bliar A/C is the most professional air conditioning service in Orlando. Everyone from the owner down to the tech are top notch. Blair went out of the way to squeeze us into a a busy schedule, in the middle of summer, and without air conditioning. The installers did one of the best installations I have ever seen. They were very aware of cleaness while inside the house, and completely cleaned up the areas where they worked when completed. Both techs made sure we fully understood our new HVAC system, how it works, and how to conduct preventive care. The company is very friendly, trustworthy, and honest. I will never use another air condition company in Central Florida again.

This huge and complex job took time, and the Blair team gave it all the time it needed and did excellent and very thorough work. They pulled out all the old ductwork and carted it away, which was a big job by itself. Cleanup in this phase was exemplary - no old material was left behind. New flex ductwork was then installed to replace the old, and the new units went it to connect to them. The units themselves were a challenge b/c they were so large (each floor has a package unit containing the compressor, fan, air handler, and gas furnace all in one unit). Because of the size, the old pads had to be removed and new larger ones installed. These were carefully positioned and leveled. They then built the new trunk lines and return, which looked and worked great. They helped me choose the appropriate model thermostats that had the WIFI capabilities I desired, and then they installed the stats and tested everything. They finished the job by fabricating custom sheet metal aprons to button the units up to the house and protect the trunk lines. I was particularly pleased with how carefully these were fitted to the house and the new crawlspace latticework, which I had been concurrently rebuilding so as to protect the new ducts from neighborhood cats, possums, raccoons, etc.
I've been delighted with the new system in general, couldn't have asked for a better installation or more professional team to do it. Both the city inspector and an HVAC installer neighbor independently commented on how well done it was and asked who did the work. Thanks to everyone at Blair on a tough job well done!

I have a split plan home and my son has been complaining about his

bedroom being too hot and my electric bill is very high as well, about double

what other folks are paying for the same size home. So, I sent

an email to Jay Blair AC on Thursday morning and received a reply to my email

and a call from Barbara right away. They were pretty heavily booked

for Friday, but was willing to squeeze me in, otherwise I would be first call

on Monday at 8:00am. I told her Monday was fine.



Monday morning Jason called me at 7:45am to let me know he was on his way

and he arrived at 8:05am. I explained the issues I was having and he went

right to work checking all the vents, the duct work, the units and he even

checked the insulation.



My husband and I have been using Blair since the purchase of our home in 2005

(8 years ago), when we had to replace two AC units, which Jay Blair AC was able

to charge our home owners insurance to cover the entire cost of both units. We had three quotes and we decided to go with

Blair because of their integrity. I’m

glad we did, because through the years I have always been able to depend on Jay

Blair AC to come when I call. The

company not only has qualified technicians, but they are extremely responsive,

always on time, and very dependable.

The technician was honest! He could have lied and tried to sell me a repair that I did not need and as a consumer I worry about honesty. However, he was honest, worked efficiently, and did a great job. Because of this first experience, I will use this company in the future.

We were referred to Blair AC from a friend. We have used them twice to come out and service our A/C. We really like their professionalism and they are very patient with us, as new home owners we ask a lot of questions. Blair has come out twice in two years to fix reset/fix our A/C and have been on time and reasonably priced. My only note is that it may take 24 hours for them to call you back if its a weekend, and that when your A/C always goes out! :)

THEY HAD SOME LEAKING AFTERWARDS AND HAD TO COME BACK AND FIX THAT. THEY HAD TO COME BACK ANOTHER TIME TO FIX THE SAME THING THEY HAD JUST REPAIRED.

THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THESE FOLKS WERE IN MY HOUSE, AND I DIDN'T MIND THEM BEING THERE. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE BEFORE THEY SAID IT WOULD BE FINISHED. THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT A WEEK, AND IT TOOK THREE DAYS. THEY MAY HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SEND OUT MORE GUYS.

Blair was prompt at coming to the service call and worked to fix the problem. However, if you have them as a company that works through a warranty company, ask plenty of questions. We had to have a four ton condensing unit replaced, and then have the air handler replaced. We should have had them both replaced at the same time, and upgraded to a more energy efficient system, for a total out of pocket cost of less than $450. This would have saved us money on our energy bills through the life of the unit. In addition, we asked for them to replace a pan in the attic, and there was no follow through.

I CALLED THE COMPANY ONE DAY, AND THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY. I WAS GIVEN A QUOTE FOR A NEW UNIT, AND REPAIRS AND AN OVERALL DESCRIPTION OF WHAT I COULD EXPECT. IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE.
