Nate was a fantastic home inspector! He worked with us to schedule a time that worked for everyone, and towards the end of the inspection he gave us a very detailed walkthrough of the house. Nate went through all aspects, including plumbing, roofing, appliances, and more. I would highly suggest his services!

Nathan Bird reminded me a little of Captain America, no kidding! He’s good and he’s honest. He performed a home inspection on the potential purchase of a condo and discovered water damage to an entire exterior wall. It was a deal breaker for us. Nate was awesome! We hired him for a home inspection for our first time buying a home and he definitely made us feel confident in the property we chose. He was on time and worked quickly, gave us some warnings for issues that could pop up in the future, and pointed out problems that we actually were able to use to our advantage during our transaction. When we moved in, we called him to answer a few additional questions and he was quick to get back to us and very helpful. I'd recommend his services to anyone!
