Being a retired military spouse, I have moved 19 times in 23 years and consider myself well versed in the moving process. The move that I booked with BEST USA MOVERS was to move my mom from Florida to North Carolina. After reading numerous reviews, I decided to request a quote on-line with BEST USA MOVERS. Within an hour or so, I had the quote, contacted George and locked on our dates. As our packing day approached, we had a change in closing dates that required us to move our pack out date. George went above and beyond to work with us and remained flexible in scheduling a new date that worked for everyone. The packers showed up on time, were very professional, courteous, hard working and showed extreme care for my mom's household goods. As the movers were loading the truck, we hit yet another snafu with needing my mom's shipment to not arrive to North Carolina for a few days after the pack out. Once again, George saved the day! While we did incur an added expense to leave her stuff on the truck, it was extremely reasonable and fair. The team arrived in North Carolina on time and got right to work! They worked expeditiously and were intent on making sure everything was in the place that we wanted it to be and did not complain when we asked to move several large items a few times. They were extremely careful to not mark up the walls as they moved the bulkier items in to the home. They set up the beds, hooked up the washer and dryer and cleaned up after themselves. I cannot say enough good things about this moving company! From start to finish, BEST USA MOVERS is top notch!! Great communication; professional; flexible; goes above and beyond; competitive pricing, EXCELLENT customer service; A+++++; highly recommend.

We split packing up the house and the actual moving day and George was very accommodating and his team were on time. Very punctual and professional and easy to get in touch with. We did have a few damaged items but they did not make us jump through any hoops to get reimbursed.

The most polite movers and super fast packing and moving. Got straight to work. All my furniture was wrapped in their pads and wrap. Loaded quick while other mover did the packing and went to my next location. Unloading went fast as well and all my belongings went in the place I want. I felt sorry for the movers sitting with the boxes in hands while I was long thinking where to put them. Sorry guys :)). The price was ok and the service was outstnding. Will for sure call them again. Also already reffered them to my neighbor that will call them soon. Nice doing business with you guys. THANKS.

The most amazing moving company that I have ever dealt with! They were quick, reasonably priced, and very productive. The staff and movers were very sweet! I used this company a year ago and was so pleased I used them again. I highly recommend them!!

Overall, a very seamless and easy moving experience of my 3 bedroom apartment for a family of 5. First off, the price was very competitive to local providers. I liked the fact that by default I received three movers while other competitors were charging me extra for the third worker. George responded promptly by text and email and followed up with a confirmation prior to the move. His team arrived as scheduled. They were very professional and polite. The worked efficiently, yet carefully with some of my more fragile pieces. At our new home, they took direction well and even entertained my 4 year old daughter as she directed them where to put her toy boxes and furniture. The only snafu was that we had to make a second trip, but at the end, they provided a fair discount. George followed up after the end of the move and even referenced the second trip and asked if I felt the discount was indeed fair. Throughout the entire sales and service experience, I always felt that this company was truly about delivering excellent service and keeping the customer happy. I highly recommend this company.

Came on time, ready to perform. One mover start packing our furniture while other two did the loading. They work very smart and efficient. Unloading went fast because of the first floor we moved in. Everything was placed in the place it needed to be and beds were assembled for us. Very happy we hired B.USA MOVERS.

ARRIVED ON TIME,START WORKING RIGHT AWAY.PACKED AND LOAD EVERYTHING QUICK.AT THE OTHER END IT WAS THE SAME, UNLOADED, UNPACKED, PUT THE BED TOGETHER ( WE DIDN'T EVEN ASK FOR, BUT THEY DID. THANKS) AND TOOK ALL THE DEBRIS. GREAT COMPANY COMPARING WITH SOME OTHER MOVES WE HAD.
