CONSIDERING THE FLORIDA MARKET, THEY WERE VERY GOOD. IT'S NOT EASY IN FLORIDA. AT THE TIME WE BUILT IT WAS SUCH A RUSH THAT HOUSES WERE BEING BUILT OVERNIGHT. THERE WAS A SHORTAGE OF MATERIALS, AND CONSIDERING ALL THAT THEY DID THEIR BEST. THERE ARE ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES IN FLORIDA, INCLUDING WETLANDS, THAT MAKE NOTHING SIMPLE. THEIR PRICING IS NO MORE THAN ANYONE ELSE. THEY ALL LOOK THE SAME. IT'S JUST A HOUSE. THEY WERE FINE. WE KNEW WHO THEY WERE, AND THEY KNEW US. THE ROOF STAYED ON DURING THE HURRICANE. WE HAD NO WATER DAMAGE.
