contractor arrived as discussed on Monday and proceed to sand the floors (they were in pretty bad shape - house is approx. 70 years old). from Tues thru Thurs., he coated the floors in a polyurethane finish (3 coats). The work was excellent, however he tended to forget some housekeeping details (left lights on/blinds open one night and forgot to rehang doors) but other then that minor detail, his was great and we would certainly use him again.

We hired Bass Flooring to resurface our engineered hardwood floors in our new home. It was in terrible shape and they were able to sand down and remove the top layer and then re-varnish them. They came out amazing and we were very happy with the work. We were on a time frame and they finished when they said they would. They were up front about them maybe not being able to do it because the top layer of the wood was thin, but they came out better than they expected. We were very happy with the finished product.

Steve came by to look at the floor. He gave us a quote. We coordinated a date, and they came and did the job. They did an excellent job. The floor looks great.

THEY'RE EXCELLENT. THEY HAVE BEEN AROUND FOR OVER THIRTY YEARS. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO SHOW UP. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT.
