MY SALES REP WAS NOT EXPERIENCED ENOUGH. SHE DID NOT KNOW ALL THE INS AND OUTS WITH REFINANCING. SHE WAS PROFESSIONAL ENOUGH TO MAKE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AND FOLLOW THROUGH WITH HER PROMISES. PAPERLESS MORTGAGE WAS NICE.
