We hired them for tree removal and stump grinding. We negotiated the price and received an itemized quote for both and were told to pay for each portion as it was completed. They removed the tree and said they would come back to grind the stump two days later. They never showed up for the stump grinding and I emailed and called multiple times with no response. When we called from a different phone number they finally answered and said they would show up at noon on Friday (over a month later of us trying to reach them). After waiting around all day, they did not show up nor answer our calls. A few other things to note: They completed the tree removal well, but we’re profane in doing so. When I first hired them they had a few reviews on Angie’s List and other places, but now they don’t any
