AUTHENTIC INTERIOR WOODWORKING INC

We tried several times to contact Mr. Kincaid by phone & his answering machine cut us off three times before we were able to reach him. I had almost given up but found his web site quite impressive so I tried again. This time we finally reached him he did agree to come out right away. He looked at our project and stated he would submit a bid within the next few days. He knew we were quite eager to get our project completed. We never heard from him again. We left several messages requesting he call us even if it was to tell us he was too busy or didn't want to do the job. We never received any reply. We feel a courtesy call if nothing else was due on his part. We would not call him again or recommend his services to anyone. Getting in touch with him & getting him to reply was just too much work especially when there are many other eager carpenters out there.
