I had a skylight that was leaking every time it rained. Dave had to make two trips but the problem was eventually corrected. Have had no further problems with it.

They came out the day after I called, took a look at it, and gave us an estimate. After my wife and I talked it over, we decided to hire them, assuming it might take a week as they had other jobs to handle. I called late that afternoon, and the next morning they called, said they would be in the area and that they could come over later that morning. The job was handled quickly and professionally. It was good timing too, as Hurricane Matthew hit later that week and we had no more leaking issue. We would hire Assure U again in a heartbeat! Excellent work, great process, highly professional.

I have used this company twice for roof replacement- the replaced both my grandmothers flat roof and my pitched single roof. They both times has the cheapest quote by over $1000, showed up daily and worked all day. The jobs were both completed by the end of 3 days. Would recommend them for anyone.

They provided the best price out of 3 different roofing companies.  They showed up and were professional, pulled permits, and stayed on top of the inspection process and were extremely pleasant. Sam and Theresa were great and they were very helpful in assisting me get my grandmothers roof replaced. Dealing with an 86yo was probably not the easiest but they did everything they promised and were professionals. I plan on using them for my own home.

I interviewed a few people before choosing Assure U.  They were the most knowledgeable and half the price of the competition (I would have chosen them even if they had been a little more expensive than the others).  They are the first contractors I have ever used to do a better job than I expected.  Hard working and professional, I highly recommend them.

I wasn't able to hire Sam. But the time that he spent talking to me about the service he provides I was absolutely happy!

They were amazing in services. I was overall happy with their work and they were very nice.

The entire experience was excellent!  I chose this company because a fussy friend of ours interviewed 13 roofers before choosing Sam's company to replace his roof and was very pleased with the experience.
Sam's employee was mindful of the plants when setting up his ladder in the foundation planting and was also careful to keep our property free of roofing nails.  We plan to use Sam when we reroof in 2-3 years.

In general, this company was chosen by the rule of 3 (estimates.) Among the three contractors interviewed individually, this company  turn out with the most reasonable price and was able to match my counter offer for the required work. Met with Mr. Sam Strother, Owner-who conducted himself as open and fully responsive to all my questions. Very professional and thorough with the required work as expected by his working crew. Only 1 of 3 who came fully prepared and provided actual brochure of the shingles that would by used, as selected by me. Mr. Strother provided, in details, the process of permit and what would be expected for a finished job. Very flexible with the start of work and fully accessible for any change if warranted. In the two days that was required for the job to be completed; the crew was pleasant and courteous as they worked. All in all, the experience with both Mr. Strother and his crew was excellent and would most definitely recommend this company to any of my neighbors, friends, and relatives.

The estimate appointment was informative and without pressure. Overall a positive experience.
