Furniture - Sales
The store was clean and laid out well. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The salesperson was very helpful in making our decision.

Mattresses
The guy that I bought the mattress from was very nice. I went back to check out some other furniture and the lady that talked to me was very rude. They dropped the mattress at my house but I had to wait long.

Everything looks great. I really don t think the furniture is going to last as long as they said it will. The customer service was very good about resolving any problems or questions we had.

Furniture - Custom Made
THE SERVICE WAS SUPER AT THE POINT OF SALE. AFTER WE LEFT THE STORE, IT WAS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED AT ANY RETAIL STORE I HAVE EVER SHOPED AT. I WAS PROMISED DELIVERIES ON THREE DIFFERANT DATES. ON THE FIRST DATE, I WAS CALLED THE EVEING BEFORE THE DELIVERY WAS SCHULDED AT 8AM AND TOLD IT WILL NOT BE DELIVERED. (AFTER I SCHEDULED MY DAY OFF TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY) THIS SAME THING HAPPEN AGAIN THE NEXT WEEK WHEN I CALLED AND TALKED WITH THE STORE MANAGER. HE JUST SAID THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.
