I got several quotes from people on Angie's List. David had the best price for what I wanted, namely, a new opener with no WIFI, he also gave me new chain and new sensors, new keypad and 2 remotes. He showed up at the time he promised and finished at the time he promised. The new system runs smoothly. I will definitely use him again in the future.

David was punctual and called 20 minutes prior to arrival. He was very thorough in checking my garage doors. While the issue wasn't fixed, he was able to isolate the problem to a bad logic card. David was honest and informed me this item could be ordered online and easily replaced. Otherwise, the cost would be double. I appreciate this honesty and would recommend Arvelo Construction to anyone with garage door issues.

Wow. This was A+ service. I put in a request on Angie's list and 30 minutes later I received a call from "David". I described the issue I had and he confirmed an appointment with me for three hours later the same day. He showed up on time, inspected what needed to be done, and within an hour, the sensors were repaired, put back on, and all the moving parts were lubricated. Fast, friendly, and professional work done well. I Highly Recommend.
