STAY AWAY!!! I purchase a brand new HVAC system from this company less than four years ago. The AC wasnâ t working so I call them for repair thinking I had a warranty on parts. The tech came and found the problem. He said a part in the condenser outside needed a part. So Iâ m thinking itâ s covered under the warranty. Iâ m supposed to have a warranty on parts for ten years. The tech tells the part will cost almost $500 dollars. I almost fainted. I explained to him that I have a warranty. He said I do have a warranty but I still have to pay for parts. The tech knew what he was going and did a great job. That was a hit I was not expecting. I had to pay cause I live in Florida and need AC. They know this and take advantage of their customers. Why have a warranty if you still have to pay for repairs? Thatâ s makes no sense. I should have been informed this before I purchased the unit from them. I would have gone somewhere else. So please be aware of this company and do not hire them. They do not honor their own freaking warranties. So in the future I will be calling another company for all repairs. Since I have to pay anyway, I rather pay someone else. The tech even told me I could have hired someone else for a lot cheaper.

When they put my air conditioner in, I was told that I would also get new ductwork. Little did I know that that did not happen. Less than a year later I had to call them back out because my air conditioner was not cooling and the problem was Partially critters and partially very old ductwork that was not replaced when they put the air conditioner in. I had to pay $2600 for new ductwork. I agree part of it was animals, but the other part was deteriorating ductwork that had come loose from my air conditioner, so all the air is going under the house. They were supposed to call me to set up someone to come and replace it, but no one ever called. I feel like I should be reimbursed for at least part of the cost of new ductwork. I am very disappointed in this company.

The guys came out to install. It did a fantastic job. They had to come back at a later date to put the heating hose on found the slight gas leak on my part of the gas line and Anthony fixed it tested it highly recommend these guys

My technician Kevin did an amazing job today with the unit. He explained all that needed to be check and gave me suggestions on what may happen to the unit because of some of the readings. He also replaced a build on the units sanitizer. If I could give him a higher rating I would.

I paid $99 for an inspection, but they never delivered any inspection report. I followed up multiple times and each time they said they would send it. After a couple of weeks, I just disputed the credit card charge since they hadn't (and still months later haven't) delivered my report to me at all (I assume it doesn't exist). Just today, I found out they sent my "debt" to a debt collector. So scummy.

The technician Eric showed competence and was very polite. I recommend him without any hesitation. Ty very much!

They send Spanish speaking people to your home after you specifically request techs that only speak English. I got a call at 7:20 the morning of my service from someone that I could barely understand saying I was first on the list and would be there shortly. At 10:45 after calling the office a guy shows up that had the worst English I had ever heard. He fumbles around for about 20 minutes and then tries to sell me an ultraviolet light system for my air unit for $981.00. I researched this and found out that they normally cost $200.00-$500.00. I donâ t think we will be using this company in the future.
