+ -1 moreWe never received the written estimate, they took our $220 and never again called, never returned a call from us and never returned our hot tub heater. Repeated attempts to contact them failed. Rip off artists!
Description of Work: We had him come for an estimate for hot tub repair and repair/replace heater. He asked for $220 to come to give us an estimate. John Campbell and son came to the house, looked over everything, took measurements and took the existing heater (only a year old) to their shop for possible repair. They said they would return with an written estimate, but gave us a verbal estimate. My husband agreed to the amount estimated and authorized the work upon receipt of the written estimate. They said they felt the heater did not look seriously damaged and that they may be able to repair it. They said they could most like start the work within 2 weeks.
