Service person arrived in a timely fashion with a phone call first. Was very personable and got right to work. Could have easily told us we needed new parts but took the stove top apart and throughly cleaned what was there to correct the problem saving us $$$.We received a letter with a check a few weeks later for $9 and change because he mistakenly charged tax on the labor only bill. What a nice surprise that they made the correction. I would definitly use Fields again.

Extremely helpful in finding products that are in your price range, they even sell scratch and dent. I found their prices to be much lower than other competitors. I would highly recommend them.
