Hello! My name is Charlie Duble Jr and I've worked specifically with appliances for 6 years, and worked in refrigeration prior to that with a focus on commercial ice generation. I am currently a full time master commercial kitchen mechanic, working with both hot side (Ovens, Steamers, Combi units, ranges, microwaves, holding cabs, etc..) and cold side (refrigeration, blast chillers, walk ins, ice machines, etc...). My experience is not limited to commercial, I was a residential field technician for several years as well.

We are a full service, followed by a fair and straightforward quote., residential/commercial mechanical services company with a focus on a wide range of appliances both large and small. We are just as comfortable in a live commercial kitchen as we are in your home kitchen. There isn't much we won't take on that's electromechanical in nature. From refrigeration, to fryers, to ice machines, to laundry, we pretty much do it all. No matter the equipment, we pride ourselves on an efficient diagnosis
