Apex Pest Control - Orlando

Appex does not stand behind their product and are NOT professional in any manner. They killed 50% of my lawn and 30% of my shrubs. I had them come out and after battling back and forth for weeks they agreed to reimburse me for their terrible service that killed most of my yard and shrubs. Once I called them back to pick up the paperwork they gave me to fill out in order to receive my reimbursement check they backed out and never reimburse me as promised by 2 managers. I ended up replacing my dead sod thanks to Appex for $2500 and did not replace my shrubs.

Horrible!! The only thing I can say good about the company is that the service tech was on time and pleasant to talk to. Since then, it took me four times to get a receipt since I paid over the phone. Since the treatment,, the home owners have been in and the treatment did not take. i have called the company twice to voice my concerns. I was told in April that somebody would get back to me and no one did, I was told in May from Mark (Customer Service) that he would call me back and he didn't. I tried to call Mark today and the person who answered the phone said he wasn't in, i asked to be connected to his voice mail and was disconnected twice. I called back and amazingly enough Mark answered the phone. When i asked him to have his company back up their product he said he didn't have authority to do that and that i would have to speak with the Division Manager by the name of RUSS. Donna, the office manager made that happen and connected me to his cell phone. RUSS was rude and unapologetic for his companies services and only recommended that i spend more money and that a one time service was not guaranteed, and then he rudely interrupted me , wouldn't let me talk, and said i am about to spend several thousand dollars now (which didn't factor into our conversation at all and not sure why he said that), and hung up on me. THIS IS A COMPANY THAT DOESNT BACK UP THEIR SERVICE. I SPENT $225 FOR ONE TIME SERVICE AND FOR ALL I KNOW THEY COULD OF BEEN USING WATER. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Hired them to treat my home after seeing some termite activity. Charlie showed up the next day and was very professional and friendly. Kurt came to do the treatment and was professional and friendly as well. Seemed to know his stuff, answered all my questions and took his time to make sure the job was done the right way. In this day and with this type of job you want to make sure the people you hire care about the job they're doing, and Kurt certainly gave me that impression. Not sure if my termite problem has been fixed as of yet, only time will tell. But so far the experience as a customer has been exceptional.

We have used Apex for years, and they have always been responsive. It is usually the same person that comes out, Dave, and you can tell he is very invested in his work, and he knows his stuff!

It is an annual thing. I actually need to call them; I think they are due again. I an not say how long it takes them to do the job because I have never been here when they have done it. They just show up and do it on the perimeter of the house and leave.

They came out and sprayed the yard on Friday. That night when I got home I went out in the back yard and walk around the yard and only got a few fleas got on me and the next morning about the same or maybe a little worst. Sunday I went out around noon and the fleas were and getting real bad again. Called them on Monday and the salesperson said they would come back out and respray.  So they came out on Tuesday and sprayed again and that night just a few fleas got on me. Did not check the yard again till Saturday when my friends come over to help me clean up the back yard. Well we went out to the back yard to start  and the fleas were so bad we could not do anything. Called the salesperson on Monday and all I could do is leave a message and went to work. Well he left me a message on my phone with a bunch of excuses why the fleas were not going away. Well I called him back 3 more times and never got a call back. Thursday I called the office and they said i should have been calling then and not the salesperson and then they say we will have the salesperson call you and kind of rude to me. Well I got a text with the same BS why the fleas were not going away from the sales person. So I text back fine I will find a company that can do the job right because your not. The next night when I got home and checked my bank account they had billed my account at the bank for the whole job. The salesperson had told me they would not bill me until they had gotten the flea under control. So now I an working on getting my money back.  I did call another company and they sprayed and they sprayed once and no fleas for 4 day. On the 5th day found a few fleas had come back. I called them and they sprayed again and I have had no fleas pop up for over 20 days.

Everything was very professional, from the prompt answering of phone calls to scheduling and arrival at the scheduled times. Marshall's inspection was courteous and he answered all my questions about what exactly was to occur when they put down the protective barrier around the house.  Kurt arrived at the scheduled day and time and did a thorough job exactly as described.

Everything went well as expected. Arrived as stated and sprayed entire unit. Positive outcome. Quick, couteous and reasonable

The tech has been very through, and courteous.  They call ahead to let you know they are coming, and are prompt.  Office personnel are very comfortable to speak with on the phone, and answer your questions with good attitudes in a very professional manner.  I have a quarterly contract with them, and would recommend them to anyone.
