Andersen Management Services (AMS) was established in June 2020 with the mission to provide personal and professional services to communities via management by objectives and self-control, giving full scope to individual strengths and responsibility, and at the same time give common direction of vision and effort, establish teamwork, and harmonize the goals of the individual with the commonwealth. AMS is owner-operated and owner, Kristina Andersen, has performed property management and accounting services for 20 years for condominium associations and homeowner associations, both residential and commercial, and AMS is currently looking to add a few new clients to the portfolio.
