General Remodeling
Very happy with estimate and details of work to be accomplished.
Demo was performed on floors, popcorn removal from ceiling, fixtures removed, 2 pony walls removed, 2 doorways expanded by removing parts of walls, fireplace materials were altered, and some wall paper was stripped. Materials from the demo work was removed promptly and each day the rooms were cleaned.
Finishing of altered walls, repairs on a previously opened wall section, and painting of walls and ceilings went very well.
Replacement of floor materials with wood and tile went very well.
Restructuring of the fireplace was done beautifully.
New lights, switches and outlets were taken care of.
Cleanup was provided when the work was completed, all touch-up and minor work was completed.
