An honest review. Andres started out by quoting my full apartment remodel, he gave a fair price and a good timeline. I made it clear asking him in person on a specific time frame the project would be complete so I can plan my work schedule accordingly, it exceeded drastically, leaving me in a tough situation and losing out of months of rent. Upon demolition, his team broke my main water pipe and then left for the day, leaving us without water for the night. He fixed this the next day or so. During construction I found myself sweeping my driveway almost daily and finding nails and screws, a certain flat tire hazard. The lack of clear communication was very troublesome. Without having my 100% consent, he began to demo a project that I wanted to talk about before. He tore up the baseboards without having confirmed with me. After a long project and many other road bumps along the way, the remodel was finally finished. Upon my tenant moving in, they went to take a shower and the adjacent room flooded with inches of water. Causing potential rot and mold in the future. Andres sent someone and they had pierced the shower pipes with drywall screws. This was fixed. Next the brand new kitchen sink drain was leaking steadily, Andres had it “fixed” by tightening a nut, then a week or so later, it was leaking again. He then promised he would replace the whole drain. Without contacting me when he was coming, he came and put tape on it. It is still leaking. The outside door he installed was also found leaking water from the outside due to improper installation. I have tried to contact Andres, but no answer. Everything is brand new in this apartment and now I have to hire someone to come and fix his mistakes. I never write reviews because I have never been wronged like this for a large amount of money, so I’ll take the time and help others. Hopefully this helps someone when making a choice who to hire for a project.

Do NOT NOT NOT NOT hire this guy!! He is a SCAM ARTIST! We hired Andres and paid him cash to lay down new tiles for our master shower. The mistake and regret is that we paid Andres before he completed the work. He did a horrendous job and broke the tiles against the walls of the shower which we did Not need to be replaced. He left and said his work was done, which it was NOT. He did NOT finish grouting the tiles. I called him and spoke to him and he stated the work was complete. It was NOT a complete job. He then proceeded to yell and scream vulgarity at my husband and I. He continued to belittle and threaten us over the phone. He then said he would put a Lien on our home. Please do yourself a Humongous favor and STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY from this guy (Andres). He is unprofessional and does NOT know what he's doing. He's extremely dangerous! I should have called the police on him. There are bad reviews on him on Google where a client was so angry that the client went to his home to speak to Andres and tried to demand their money back. BEWARE!!!!! Stay away from this contractor! this company is the worst at cutting corners when doing any rehab. The owner Andres rehabbed my property and it was a nightmare. I found issues after issues every time I visited the property during the rehab stage and even now after project completion. After spending about 30k on a rehab with him I still need to pay other professionals to fix his F***ups. This individual broke a water drain line inside my property and tried to patch it using the rubber liner that is used to install the shower pan. Lucky, I happened to see it before they patched the ceiling. I questioned him on this issue and he got very upset and called me all kinds of names. About a week after he ends up cooling down, he went back and "fixed" the patched job. Now, I have a new tenant moving into the property and guess what?? The plumbing is now leaking bad right on the spot where they supposedly "fixed" the patched job. Called Andres because the job had a 1yr warranty and he completely disappears so does his wife Deisy. And as I figured he doesn't respond to my calls or emails. I had to find a legit professional contractor to fix AMR Services mistake. He's very unprofessional. When you question him on his mistakes on the job, He will call you all types of names and whines, plays the victim, that he's being insulted when questioning his bad work ethic. He will use old materials and extra's from another property and use it on your property even though you paid for new ones. He will try to infuse fear on the customer, threatening to sue for double what the project was contracted for. If you choose to do work with this guy and his company first good LUCK!!! make sure you are very detailed on the work being performed. These other reviews seem to be coming from close friends and family members. Please beware when dealing with this individual.
