They gave us a beginning estimate and we agreed to go through with it, But when they came out they said that the project would require some special materials and it ended costing a decent sum extra. Two weeks after the installment, we had some wind and one of the panels came apart. We called three times before they responded and he said he had been sick. Eventually I got them to set a date. This was about three weeks after the first call. So the date comes along for the fix-up job and they didn't show up, I re-scheduled again and they didn't show up. We ended up fixing it ourselves, they had promised us a seven year warranty and they wouldn't even come out after a couple of weeks. I would not recommend them to anyone.
