It was easy. Josh made the installation seamless. He was on time and the job was done quickly and efficiently. A very pleasant experience. The price was very competitive. The shutters were beautiful and of good quality. I would hire again.

We were referred to this company by our neighbor but also checked them out on Angie's list, we agreee that they were he most cost effective competiative around. We have our own biz on Angie's list and know how important the reviews are in terms of honesty and couldn't fault the reviews we read of them. From stat to finish amazing the time frame was eacatly as Hassan had said it would be and the qauility and finish exactly as he stated. Josh was amazing also totally professional beyond and above. We are now in the process of completing the rest of the house so far two large doors and two large windows. Waiting for 6 more large windows with arches i just wish i had more windows for them to do!

Hassen came to measure the day I called for an estimate- he was very friendly + professional. Josh came to do the install- he was fantastic! A very nice & very competant young man. Great company to deal with! Recommend 100%

Hassan came to our home measured. He was professional and courteous. We ordered the blind, pleased with the cost and impressed with Hassan. They came within two week and were installed, free of charge, by Joshua, D delightful young man who was respectful of our home.

Measurement went quick about an hour. 8 weeks later installer completed the install on time approve three hours start to finish. Beautiful!

From the time I called, Assan was professional & knowledgeable. He was punctual & courteous. And as promised in 3 weeks, Josh, the installer was on the phone to keep me updated about his arrival. He was also professional & courteous. I would absolutely hire this company again. Shutters are beautiful!

Measures was owner-perfect fit-very fast. Install by Josh went really smoothly. Josh great & very friendly!! They renew exactly what they were doing.

He called a few minutes prior to what was scheduled and asked to reschedule, started that he was behind. Told him hat wouldn't work for me and said he would try to work it out. He worked it out and was able to show up, though he was late. Seemed very nice, got to work right away measure everything and gave me an all inclusive estimate. He said I could also split up he installation to make the cost easier at no extra charge! I had another company come out and noticed that on the estimate he made a mistake and said one of the Windows had a window seal when it didn't. His price was cheaper (about $500) so I decided based on his estimate to go with his company. I ordered to install half the blinds now the other half later and told him of the seal error. The installer came out and the guy was super nice. He had a hard time installing my blinds due to the concrete and ended up having to use my drill bits as his kept braking and not working. I decided a few months later to finish the job and install the rest of the Blinds. The original estimate was $1518 after Angie's list discount (my first install I paid $1068, so I believed I would owe $450 based on the estimate and Hassan's claim that it wouldn't change the estimate). I received communication from Hassan I would owe $658.05. The math just didn't add up. He told me that since I split it up he no longer would give me the discount or the free installation. (Which was not what he told me prior) I also noticed with the cost he gave me it also appeared that his estimate didn't include tax though he said it did. He offered to reduce E my portion to $608.05 which I still found ridiculous. Several members of my family are contractors and said that his pricing is deceiving because you always include tax etc. I will go elsewhere for the other blinds and do not appreciate his condescending text messages "for the second time I am repeating myself"...I will never recommend you to anyone. Sometimes cheaper isn't better, go elsewhere I am for the final 3 Windows I would rather pay more for honest work

Josh was phenomenal and did an outstanding job to fit the main window covering into place. The curved top required some special work and Josh nailed it! That was the final piece of our master bath remodel, which we did ourselves.

The installer that Hassan uses is excellent.

They were the most economical. The rep that did the work was very detail oriented, making sure everything was level. They did a good job.

They did an excellent job. The production time was quick. Communication was great. Installation was very professional and quick as well. Price was great compared to other companies. We would use them again without hesitation.

Contacted this company for an in home estimate.  They called a couple times to try and come out saying they would be in the area and come by if they had time.  Then they finally said they would be by Saturday from 8am - 12pm.  The company never called or showed up.  I called twice and after the second call I was sent straight to voicemail.   I still never received a call or apology, as if people don't have anything better to do on a Saturday then wait around for a company not to call or provide status.  At least the cable company will give you the courtesy of calling and updating you.  Unreliable and highly unprofessional.  Don't waste your time calling these people.

Everything went very well. They were a customer order, and as soon as they came in he had them installed. 4 year later, they're holding up and still look great!

First I read the review on Angie's List web site, then I called and set up an appointment. After deciding on the style and color, the salesman measured the windows. In about 3 - 4 weeks, he came and installed the shutters. Was a very easy process and the blinds look great.

Great service!  Everything was on time--returned phone calls, installation.  Shutters went up so quickly I couldn't believe it.  Quality is excellent.  I love my new shutters.  I highly recommend American Blinds.
